• ON-CALL REPAIR SERVICE

Prompt and efficient repair service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those facilities that do not have service contracts. 

• ACCREDITATION PROGRAM

This program will enable your facility to meet all regulatory requirements for accreditation by the DOH, JCAHO, HIPPA, and other regulatory agencies.  

• ELECTRICAL SAFETY & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

This program helps minimize equipment failure, while providing the documentation required by accrediting agencies. These scheduled inspections insure that all equipment is functioning properly and will help eliminate unnecessary down time. Our computer based documentation provides accurate and complete equipment service history which is concise and easy to understand. 

• BIOMEDICAL PARTS PROCUREMENT

Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc. is continuously expanding its inventory of replacement parts and accessory items. Please call us for items such as batteries, electrodes, patient cables, medical bulbs, and specialized parts.  

• ASSET MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

An analysis will be performed as requested by each facility and proposals submitted to the respective individuals. We have guaranteed a savings over your current in-house programs.  

• IN-SERVICE TRAINING

 Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc. offers comprehensive in-service education on electrical safety, and on the proper care and safe utilization of equipment. This helps fulfill your risk management and Quality Assurance obligations. 

• ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 Component Level Repairs: Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc.’s fully equipped electronic shop facilities and experienced technicians are available to provide component level repair services to facilities having their own in-house Clinical Engineering Departments.  

Temporary Manpower Shortage for in-house departments: When equipment repairs exceed your own available manpower, due to unusual circumstances, such as J.C.A.H.O. inspections, vacation schedules or sick leave, call Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc. for back-up support.  

Cost Savings: In addition to saving you money by providing component lever repairs, it is no longer necessary for you to maintain a larger then necessary and over-qualified staff to perform routine preventative maintenance. The Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc. depot will send appropriately trained technicians, to perform the required inspections for accreditation on a schedule or “as-needed” basis. This allows your Clinical Engineers and BMET’s to focus on their primary responsibilities and eliminates over staffing.

The Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions depot buys and sells used medical equipment. EMS Equipment Repair Services: All biomedical equipment found in advanced Life Support Ambulances including cardiac telemetry monitoring equipment and hospital based monitoring consoles.  

Equipment Transport Services: Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions, Inc. offers the ability to transport biomedical instrumentation between institutions. This service affords the ability to move vital equipment that may be idle in one institution and urgently needed elsewhere.

Consultation Services: Healthcare Engineering Service Solutions Inc. provides pre-purchase evaluation and options for new equipment acquisitions as well as risk management manufacturers recall and SMDA issues.
